Dr Naveen Nagarathna is one of the Principal Dentist and Practice Owners. A passionate expert for Implant and cosmetic dentistry with over 20 years of clinical practice experience.
Naveen graduated from the Kuvempu University (India) in 2000 as a Bachelor of Dental Surgery.
Naveen completed his Msc in Oral Surgery and Implantology from prestigious Gugliemo Marconi University in Rome, Italy.
He excels at implant placement and restoration and believes in quality materials, products and services for our patients for the best possible clinical outcome. We use Sweden & Martina dental implants in our clinic, one of the global leaders in implant, restorative and regenerative dentistry.
He is also an accredited Invisalign practitioner. Invisalign is clear aligners, also known as clear-aligner treatment, are orthodontic devices that are a transparent, plastic form of dental braces used to adjust/straightening teeth.
Naveen is deeply committed to staying on the leading edge of dental technology and therefore considers continuous professional development through postgraduate education and hands-on training as a key priority in his approach to continuous investment in the services he offers.
As Practice Owner and partner, Naveen continues to invest in his team, in new services and in state of the art surgical equipment and technology to ensure the very best service to our patients.
Naveen is also a member of the International Team for Implantology (ITI) & provides advanced Implant treatments.
Naveen lives in Edgbaston with his wife and 1 young daughter. Apart from his family his other interests are playing tennis, badminton and loves travelling.

Dr. Sandeep has over 20 years of vast knowledge and experience in the field of dentistry. Following his graduation in the year 2000, he worked his private practice for 4 years before relocating to the UK. He is one of the principal dentists and has been with us for the last 10 years.
Sandeep prides himself in the quality of his clinical care and is passionate in relation to continuing education, with special interest in Dental implantology. He’s post-graduate trained in Implantology from ICE Institute and further completed his masters program (MSc) in Oral Surgery and Dental Implantology. He’s also a member of International team of Implantology (ITI).
He is also a certified Invisalign (clear braces) provider, helping to improve a patients aesthetics so they can smile with confidence.
Having been awarded multiple merits and distinctions, his areas of expertise include teeth whitening, veneers, crowns, full mouth reconstruction / Smile makeovers and Invisalign treatment services, extensive oral surgery procedures including bone grafting and Dental Implants. His experience allows him to take on complex cases that require detailed planning including in cases where there is not enough bone available for implants.
Using advanced techniques, instruments and cutting edge materials also allows him to increase the predictability of treatment for his patients. He thus provides a full range of private and cosmetic dental treatments in a relaxed atmosphere and to the highest standard, using the latest technology.
He has committed himself to devoting his passion of dentistry towards patient care and to ensure that patients receive the best treatment to a highest standard. He has an incredible wealth of knowledge and experience that have allowed him to consistently provide excellence to his patients. He understands the importance of listening and keeping you at ease. From initial consultation to treatment, he has a friendly, calm and approachable chair side manner.

I have been working full time as a consultant anaesthetist for 13 years at a busy acute NHS hospital in the West Midlands.
I qualified as a doctor from the University of Sheffield Medical School in 1997 and have been working in the speciality of anaesthesia for 21 years. My practice includes general anaesthesia, regional anaesthesia and sedation. At Broadway dental, I provide sedation for patients to ensure that their experience of dental treatment is as pleasant as possible, relieving their anxiety and maintaining comfort throughout. I work with the team at Broadway to ensure that the sedation service runs effectively and safely at all times.

Tom Graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2017 and holds BSc in Dental Hygiene and Therapy. Tom enjoys developing his skills, solving dental concerns and building an excellent rapport with patients. Outside of work Tom enjoys listening to music, playing basketball and is a keen cricketer.

Halima Qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2013, Current role as the Practice Manger since 2016. Qualifications in team leading and level 3 management, currently doing Level 5 diploma degree in Operational Management. Halima enjoys taking on new challenges and helping solve problems. Halima in her spare time enjoys doing activities with her daughter and is a keen reader. Halima ensures Broadway is working efficiently and providing excellent care to all patients at all times.

Zohreh Qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2013, Qualifications in Impression Taking and Dental radiography. Zohreh thrives on learning new skills and taking on new challenges, in her current role as head receptionist Zohreh maintains good customer care and ensures the practice is running like clockwork. In her spare time Zohreh enjoys travelling, socialising, trying new things and playing tennis.

Haleema is currently doing a level3 diploma in dental nursing. Learning all there is to know about dentistry and advancing her skills set. She enjoys interacting with people and building rapport with patients. Haleema is described by her friends as friendly, outgoing and approachable. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling and exploring new restaurants.
